Adam has been training bartenders since 2003, and his knowledge and versatility means that he is able to cater to all sectors of the drinks industry. Evo-lution's training is broken down to the four simple components that make every great bartender - Knowledge, Speed, Style and Service Etiquette.

Well-trained staff will separate your business from the competition, and it is vital to have staff that not only know what they're talking about, but can also put it into practice.

All of Evo-lution's training packages are entirely bespoke and are created alongside their client to ensure all their efforts meet their client's specific requirements. The training courses on offer cover everyone involved in the drinks industry including bars, bartenders, brands, as well as the consumer.

The various training on offer includes drinks preparation, drinks creation, product knowledge, cocktail knowledge, brand knowledge, train-the-trainer, bar set-up, bar functionality, service standards, customer interaction, sales techniques and many more.

Adam is currently contracted in the role of consultant and trainer for Mim Lounge and Yatai in Aberdeen.
