Since 2006, Evo-lution have been working alongside their clients to deliver event bars that exceed all their client's expectations.

Evo-lution's network contains some of the finest professional bartenders around and we promise to only use the best. We can adapt to suit any size or style of event, whether it be a corporate function or wedding, right through to bartending in your own home for you and your friends.

Over the years, Evo-lution have set up and run event bars for various clients that includes Ron Mueck, Fitnut, Technip, GE, BP, Shell, Oceanteam, Woodbank House, Aberdeen Art Gallery, Aberdeen University, Thorpe Molloy, Carmelite Hotel, Ardoe House Hotel, Norwood Hall Hotel, Hel's Angels, Glenfiddich, Debenham's and many more. We've also been outsourced by event companies such as Hamilton Rose to organise bars at a number of events.

As well as running bars, Evo-lution also host tasting sessions, mixology seminars, cocktail classes, corporate team building and many other services for their clients.

We can also assist in the organisation of your event in a number of ways; from designing a drinks menu unique to your event or providing consultancy on how to set-up and run bars at various events.
