We have experience consulting for new businesses in the early stages of their development to established businesses looking to take their operation onto a new level.

Our consultancy covers a wide range of services including staff training, bespoke training programs, working practices and systems, bar design, drinks menu design, product selection, sponsorship procurement, stock control, music and concept advice to name but a few.

Adam is currently contracted in the role of consultant and trainer for Mim Lounge and Yatai in Aberdeen.
