Evo-lution Bar Consultancy

Evo-lution is a bar consultancy, training and events company based in the oil capital of Europe, Aberdeen, Scotland.

Set-up in 2006 and run by leading UK bartender Adam Elmegirab, Evo-lution provides a full range of consultancy and training services for the drinks industry as well as offering professional bartenders for a variety of corporate and private events.

The aim of Evo-lution is simple; to help evolve the standard and standing of bars and bartenders across the globe and assist in changing the public's attitude toward bartending as a profession.

With almost a decade's worth of experience in the trade, Adam's knowledge and expertise has been called upon at various levels and it was this demand which helped him decide to set up Evo-lution Bar Consultancy, the first of its kind in Aberdeen.

Adam has burst onto the wider scale to be acknowledged as one of the bright stars of the UK bartending scene. This is recognised in achievements which includes;

Experience is key to staying ahead in this industry and Adam has it in abundance having worked in, consulted and trained at numerous award-winning venues, won a variety of cocktail competitions at local and national level, having his own drinks creations featured on menus worldwide, worked alongside a number of brands, set-up bars at events starting from a handful of guests running into the hundreds, and now having built and achieved global success with his own brand - Dr. Adam Elmegirab's Bitters.

Evo-lution are currently contracted in the role of consultant and trainer for Mim Lounge and Yatai in Aberdeen, and have recently implemented training at Sinclair's Bistro and RGU Union.

Adam has added another string to his bow under the guise 'Dr. Adam Elmegirab's Bitters' and now compounds a reformulation of the classic Boker's Bitters and an entirely unique product Dandelion & Burdock Bitters.
